                    As you know I came from Brazil, and one popular TV Channel that many people like, specially me is about Cartoons which is called ''TV GLOBINHO''. Many people like it because most of them grew up watching that channel. It was something really interesting, even considered as one of the best tv channels. It was something amazing, and better for those people's who didn't have internet and smartphone at that time. That's why it became a way to have fun. As I say before, many people like that tv channel because many of them grew up, but , something about that it many of them basically see your childhood on this channel.

Blues Summary

   

         Long time ago the African Americans created the Blues as the way to reflect and show their life conditions. The lyrics is related to aspects of life. It was something really sad, because in the past many of African Americans were take from their homeland and transported to other places by ships. The worst thing was they were all separated which means parents , children , husband , wives and many members of the family were separated in different slaves to sale and to work. Moreover, they were treated unfairly, as a result many of them died. The slaves had a difficult life, they did not have any freedom. As we know, the Blues started in United States in order to express themselves through music. The lyric of their song is about suffering, bad things that happened with them on the past, and in order to express their feelings, they created the Blues.

Special Event - CCC

       Hello Everybody, I want to share with you about our Special Event. On Friday 05/06, we went to the place which is called Chicago Cultural Center. It is a interesting place, and there we met a friendly woman which was our guide. She took and show us some places inside the place. The first thing that she showed us was Theo Jansen's Statues which looks something stranger, however it is something amazing. According to her that sculpture is moved by winds. Other things were old flames, and also about some old presidents. Something that we were curious about was about the names as Roosevelt, Monroe.. the names of the places when we take train, bus, and it was interesting because she said that is name's of old presidents of United States. We went to the Harold Washington Library as well, which is a big library and there are many interesting inside. Well, besides we learned about what happened in the past that Chicago was in fire, we visit many places, and saw some past building that were built a long time ago. We took many pictures, and I am sure that it was a great opportunity!
